Really liked and agreed with your post!

If you watched the video clips, it is evident she was flirting
with him. IMO you could tell they had a "thing" going on.
See him shake hands with both arms around her? Give me a break!

She was never innocent.

But that's beside the point. He had a choice. Many choices.

I don't think we will ever hear Clinton's true side of the
story. He lies every time he opens his mouth. IMO

I agree. I think she was a part of the vast right wing conspiracy - a a Republican Mata-hari, you might say. Or could she be actually working for Newt Gingrich? If you knock off Clinton and Gore, who do you have in power? Newt! Makes you think, doesn't it?

I agree with you completely. This report just confirmed my suspicions that Monica knew exactly what she was doing. It's funny to see how some reporters are trying to make her look like a victim ("I want my life back", etc). I have no respect for her at all.

Remember back in January when this was first exposed -

Miss L. said she lied about this and if I remember right, said something about "being a liar all my life".

I agree wholeheartedly with your viewpoint on Monica. Someone who is able to recall details that definite from 2-3 years before knew exactly what she was doing. I, too, thought she was a "poor victim" until I read through this Starr report. I am kind of curious as to why none of the staffers who felt Monica was a problem mentioned it to Hillary. Surely to goodness, whether they have a real marriage or not (my husband thinks it is a business partnership only), Hilary could have gotten rid of this young woman rather easily.

Also, I find it very scary that someone like this can get this close to the President. I didn't realize he was this accessible.

Now, if I had an affair with a married man, I sure as heck would not tell my mother. What kind of daughter have these people raised? Did they think this was acceptable behavior? I sure hope my daughters never act like Monica Lewinsky.

BTW, I am a Republican. I don't excuse what Bill Clinton did. However, knowing this weakness he had, was like waving candy in front of a baby. Lying about it and dragging this out though, is the worst. He should have just admitted what he had done. At least he would still have some respect.

If he was in any other public office or private company (unless he owned it), he would have already been gone.

It seems that there just are no heros to look up to anymore. What a shame. I am glad that my kids are not old enough to know what is going on and ask questions. I can't imagine trying to explain this to a 15-year old.
