Cavalry.... News flash for you ...AZNT doesn't profit or lose if you buy or sell. The company does not receive money when you buy shares. The company does not lose money if you sell your shares. The company only receives money when they do private placements or new offerings.

If individuals in the company sell their shares into the hype and you are the only buyer, then possibly you are affecting their personal fortunes.

RELEASE UNAUDITED FINANCIALS IF YOU CANT AGREE WITH SEC
SHOW ME THE MONEY OR YOU DON'T GET MINE

Cav...

Come on now, my friend... you should know that properly audited financials cost upwards of $70-100,000 to be paid to the accounting firm.

Where is AZNT going to come up with this sort of money?? Sell stock when all the shares are supposedly locked up at DTC??

Regards,

Ron

can string you along for 90 days as long as i can hit the sell button while i am waiting for my certs if things fall apart

My understanding is that while they're in transit you can't sell 'em. This is WHY companies with problems exhort shareholders to "call in their certs". So they can't be sold.
