To add to what flightless has reported regarding Jaws trade count, let me stress that this relatively astronomical number occurs most EVERY DAY. This is true even for periods of time when there should be no great trading interest, e.g., no impending earnings reports on horizon; no news either expected to be announced or just been announced; no issues regarding the economy of U.S. or Latin America, etc. In other words, high volume even when there is nothing going on! The trading simply makes no sense and this volume, coupled with the reported shares owned vs. known float, is one of the most compelling examples of circumstantial evidence that makes one believe that there is a severe naked short position in this stock.

I, for one, believe that these shorters think (and i believe that to some extent it has worked) that the volume can be explained away as newly minted shares being released which will concern investors and to try to get current holders to sell or to influence potential investors into shying away. For those of us who were able to see thru this B.S. and perservere by holding and investing more, well that will pay-off big time in the future, imo.

Flightless,

I have no doubt of the short. I have sat and watched this since I first bought in back in Feb or March. Day after day I've watched as the price starts up, they dump to drive it down, a few people sell a few shares, it starts back up again. Were I a daytrader I could have made hundreds of thousands on this issue already, but I'm in for the long ride.

I do have one question, possibly you have an answer. Just why hasn't Nutsoo called in ALL his certs? I know there would be some small cost involved and Schwabb would cry like hell, but that would be small potatoes compared to the result. Can you enlighten me on why he hasn't?
