Washington is a very very small town in many ways. Wouldn't be surprised if lots of people knew what was going on w/Clinton/Lewinsky. Who's to say Tripp didn't know someone connected with the Republicans/Starr who then talked her into making the tapes in the first place. Or introduced Monica to someone who then got her involved in the conspiracy/vendetta. Who then said you've got to get some physical evidence. Ok...I know this sounds bizarre. But when you think about it, it's not outside the realm of possibility. I doubt she was part of any type of anything in the beginning, but who's to say that didn't change. Keep in mind...he dumped her. She said she cried....wonder for how long. And how much time went by before she threatened him with revealing all.....This woman has a vindictive side to her....that's obvious. I
