Well there's absolutely no doubt about that. The problem is that Starr went after Clinton.....not any of the others. And that's why we're in this mess. Not saying it's right. But it's already done.

My mother worked on Capitol Hill for many many years.. Based on stuff she's told me, I don't suspect that this is rampant. I know it. She told me a lot much of which I don't even remember. But one thing I remember to this day.....every Senator has a "private" room...call it a study if you will on a separate floor from the regular offices. Apparently no one was allowed on this floor unless they were a)a senator or b) accompanied by a Senator. It was common knowledge what these rooms were for. Now I don't know if they've cleaned it up and whether this still exists but my guess would be it absolutely does.
