Mr. Mitchell,
All well & good sir, but you failed to state the facts. The number you posted is an internal AAA # with no legal ramifications whatsoever. AZNT never agreed and never appeared for an arbitration with Wellrich. What did happen?
* Two individuals indentifying themselves as respresenting Wellrich booked a conference room at the office of arbitrators.
* they cold-called Mr. Sylver who met with them
* they orchestrated theatrics which displeased Mr. Sylver
* Mr. Sylver left.
The number you cite is meaningless other than they booked a room for an 'arbitration'. No arbitration took place. It never happened. Ask Mr. Jahib. I can expound.

It seems you've outlined the situation as I understand it. The fact that Sylver didn't wish to offer a defense or does not want to recognize the arbitration will not negate that it took place. If I find anything that differs from what you've outlined, I will post it.
