Yes, Bmart... whose very same shareholders who did similar diligence to what I did. And I also recall some 75+ GRNO shareholders traveled to GRNO's shareholder's meeting AFTER the trading halt in May, 1997. The issue is not the company or its technology. The company has settled with the SEC whereas, management, advisors, and myself have, to my knowledge, not. The SEC is alledging that my financial transactions with the company were consideration for issuing a free newsletter to anyone that requested to receive it, primarily my fellow shareholders. They and authorities will have to be the ultimate judge of my actions, not you. While I cannot discuss the interpretation of the case, I can state the facts that are publicly available for others to decide on their own merit. And lest you ignore what was most important in all this... I and my wife (who also did her diligence), have lost significant equity value based upon stock we purchased after the stock price had peaked just before the stock was halted. And such a fact is not an assertion on my part regarding my guilt or innocence reference the civil allegations. It is simply a fact, just as are your losses in RMIL. And neither of us had sold a share prior to the trading halt. Of course, you are only interested in personal attacks, and misrepresentations. You associate with admitted hypsters like Pugs who are quoted in national periodicals discussing hyping and manipulating stocks. While I am named in a civil suit, it will not prevent me from taking hypsters like yourself like yourself to task for so brazenly spreading lies and libel around the internet. And I'm certainly being effective since I have pointed out several issues that you are completely unwilling to delve into. So if you think bringing up my situation with the securities authorities really affects me, you sadly mistaken. What does affect me is when deliberately lie about me contrary to the publicly available facts of the matter. And I have not forgiven you for this deliberate libel, nor Pugs, nor Riley and others. Every dog eventually has his day, and I will have mine. Regards, Ron
