Well, counselor I was "on law review," too. So, what? The distinction that you were basically making is what is denominated aggravated perjury in Texas (as to a material fact or issue) as opposed to "regular" perjury (a non-material fact) makes a difference as to impeachment. As you point out, impeachment is not subject to the normal "criminal" law standards.

Frankly, this is the Qualcomm thread, and it's time to get back to Qualcomm's business.
