Let me make clear that I don't find Clinton's conduct admirable.

I don't condone his adultery, but I do think that is a private matter. I don't like his sex perjury, but I don't think that is a High Crime. What bothers me most however is his continuing effort to push every legal argument, and not admit (at some peril to his situation) that he may well have committed some crime. That he may well have committed perjury. I can't say that this is impeachable. I just don't like it. And hope he wises up.
