Folks: INSIDER TRADING CONFIRMED for period of 8/27/98 to 8/31/98. I'm doing a fair amount of traveling right now so ain't had time to do a lot of checking in. Work is just a wee tad crazy right now. However, I've been monitoring the Insidertrader.com site for just this kind of VLNC activity. BINGO! Here's the "cut & paste" since I subscribe to their service: Trans Type(B = buy); Dollar Value of Transactions($857,000); # of SharesTraded(247,000); # of Insiders Trading - Relation To Company(1 - O = Officer); Transaction Date or Range(8/27/98 - 8/31/98); Average Tran Price($3.47) Week Filed at SEC(9/11/98). ------ Sorry for the nature of the "cut and paste" but I thought I'd take advantage of the internet connection at the hotel I'm at.....so here ya go.
