Since (if) I feel that the income tax will eventually be abolished (in favor, of say a national sales tax) then in your book, if I evade income tax now, and if the income tax is in fact repealed later in favor of a national sales tax, then I guess I don't have to pay the back taxes if the law catches up to me, right?
