Yeah, that's why I asked yesterday if your system was linear. I feel that linear and 1/few dimensional systems may have a stronger chance of failure during this period.

just about all the systems that have been set up todate have not had to really deal with a REAL bear market


recognizing the above, I have trained my neural network on individual stock performance AND have included just as many "down" stocks as "up" stocks. Consequently my network thinks it is just as likely for a stock to go down as up. Maybe that is too much downside bias but I think it adds a more realistic component.

Right now my indicators are all still bearish but not as bad as they were last week Tuesday or Weds.

Then again it could be time frame, my indicators are 4-6 week forward looking.
