Bill, late in response, but still responding <gggg>
Yes I am watching Russian ADR, there are a few such as ROS- Ros Telecom at $2.5 and TNT Taftneft - a oil company at 1 3/4.

Risky play but defined downside <ggg>

Both stocks were over $20 a short year ago <ggg>

The mood is so bad toward Russia that I think we ar around the bottom. The risk is still that the privatization process will reverse and you can kiss goodby to your equity similar to options. So we have a stock with option risk enbodied in teh shares of real companies with relativelow P/E and with option upside potential.

As of today I lost money if mark to market, but for some reason feel more confortable as holding DELL, CSCO, or LU for example.
