HMMM! Where to start?

1- TO PAPERMAN: I don't want to pretend to know what "rules of engagement" you are talking about. Do you?

2- TO PAPERMAN: I hold no position whatsoever in SOLU as I previously stated.

3- TO PAPERMAN: I learned nothing that is not public from SOLU. You probably have as much info as I do -- other than technology, which is where my interests lie.

4- TO PAPERMAN: my attorneys advised me that to attempt to take a large position that would allow me active participation (not a passive investment) should be made without any shares purchased on the open market at what could be construed as an advantagous price with my knowing I was going to try to buy in. Naturally, a large investment in SOLU would be a reason for a rise in the stock price which could be ruled insider stuff.

5- TO PAPERMAN: I don't have any first hand info on the Mexican deal that is verifiable. I believe it is on track as far as WDS management is concerned -- however running late as usual. The new cellular product is doing well contrary to your HUYFA comment. Don't know what reference you are making about "your short term failure". If you actually paid attention to what you were reading in my post, you would have noted that I needed Mike Mc., not vise versa.

6- TO PAPERMAN: Your comment in paragraph 6 is repulsive to me personally. I will consider the source whenever I see your name from hereon.

7- TO DUGEN: WDS is struggling I grant you. More so that others to some degree but, the bottom line is they have PROBABLY found the "support" you mentioned. IMHO, they have a deal done and don't wish to rock the boat at this time.

I would say it was prudent on the part of WDS management to play close to the vest. I wish them luck as we are interested in the Cellular product line. It seems to work if we can get past some teething problems.

Regards,
