The "father" was able to get AZNT the export licensure. No license, no company. I beg your pardon? The export license was granted by the Brazilian government. What does Gary Sylver have to do with them? He's a U.S. Customs agent. Or was. One could assume that Gary has some expertise and has previously assisted companies in receiving exclusive export agreements from foreign governments while working for the U.S. customs since as bmart posts, without him, no agreement...<s> Will someone please post other foreign licenses that he has aquired for U.S. companies? Any companies? Why was the father such a key? What exactly did he do? Does someone have the Brazilian agreement? It is worth the time to contact those responsible in Brazil who negotiated and issued this exclusive agreement to validate the expertise and efforts of the father.

He's a U.S. Customs agent Correction. Apparently Mr. Sylver is a US Custom's inspector. Inspectors are the guys you talk to when you leave or enter the country who also inspect your bags. They also set selectivity criteria for cargoes entering the US and which ones are inspected or not. This selectivity is generally handled by the MRU section at the local district office or by the OAS section generated by analysis of date entered into ACS. Big difference. Regards, Ron
