So. We have a conference room in the office of official arbitrators. We have two representatives of WellRich. We have Mike Sylver from AZNT. We have an arbitrator from the AAA. We also have an arbitration case number assigned by the AAA, and we have proof that the meeting on September 3rd was the second such meeting between the parties, the first being August 13, postponed from August 4 by agreement with AZNT, so there goes the "we got a call out of the blue and we just showed up" excuse. But who's making these excuses anyway? Bmart? If so, then who really cares what he thinks. I imagine a big supporter like Cavalry calls the company all the time. As he has never disputed this issue do you think it safe to assume the only person here who has not actually contacted either party involved is Bmart? Even worse, do you thing Bmart might be getting his information from Pugs and/or Riley G and not crediting them? - Jeff
