Mr. Reece, Your diligence is quite weak, but again...You 'believe' quite wrong , no matter what class of stock the insiders hold it is still subject to ALL restrictions on insiders (officers, directors, 10% affiliates, etc.) selling, and/or buying. You either have performed no diligence on the subject you drone on about or you just wish to confuse the truth. It has gotten quite tiresome and counter-productive sir. RB

Mr Reece - Please who are you to lecture on disclosure? Is that not what your legal woes are about, your failure to disclose? Who are you to throw a stone regarding disclosure? You are a comedy of errors! That selfserving speech you made about feeling remorse, therefore I should pay attention to you rantings and schemes. No my point is that you have participated in illegal acts, therefore your nature is too assume people would be guilty of the same. You have yet to show a legal means for someone to more then quadruple the public float. Please show me how this is legal. Please show me one edgar filing as requested. Please show one piece of credible evidence that backs anything you say. You only have your words and insinuations of illegal acts about to be committed.
