Did anyone hear the "AnalCyst" on CNN Headline News say how the small stocks are the most affected by this "DROWN DAFT"? (he actually meant downdraft)....they played it several times throughout the day...i thought it was funny!

I think the market is basically saying the starr report is a non-event. Polls have indicated the same thing. While the starr report will guarantee pretty good viewership for all the TV channels and tabloids, most people seem to feel that congress should censure clinton and get on with life.
