Knight, There are brokers and promoters who hate Charters, their actions cannot stand the light he shines on them, so they look for every small misstep and blow the whistle.
That group wants pure sheep to preach to, not difficult, interrogatory people like Charters who will expose their scams and in general increase the level of caution among investors.
