the stuff I am seeing is dated Sept 12. if this did become available Friday during the market..then you are right.... Yes, but your report is just a later more detailed article. It actually became public well before the market opened, shortly after the Japanese market closed (which would have been well before 4 am EST, I guess). I saw it first on Bloomberg (around 4am EST) and it certainly was on the internet edition of the WSJ throughout the day and it also was on CNNfn. That makes Friday's rally so remarkable to me. Well, perhaps it is just another Clinton relief rally. Regards, Phil
