Yes it does, but in the matter being discussed, it appears that the interested investor was just a TAD more than they claimed. Mr. Reece has publicly admitted to some of the charges in the complaint and this may leave him with no defense in the matter. As Ron Reece is charged by the SEC with getting discounted shares from GRNO, plane trip(s), computer equipment, etc from GRNO, it appears that he may have been nothing more than a paid promoter in GRNO. In my eyes that's not just a shareholder, but a promoter who has received a benefit from the Company for his or her actions.

Reece claimed to be merely an interested investor and denied receiving any consideration from the company.

Seems claiming to be "only a shareholder" is quite popular.
