How many shares could management sell pursuant to Rule 144? Isn't it true that only a certain amount of shares could be sold? And that the amount would nowhere cover the short position of over 4 million?

Off the top of my head, 504 shares have a $1M limit, 505 shares have a $3M limit I think, and 506 shares I'm not really sure about. The theoretical total is more that 4M shares. I know AZNT sold some shares at .50 and I don't recall hearing about any shares sold at more than $1. Without a 10K to clear things up it is just a guessing game, but if the increase in the outstanding share total over the years is any indication, 4M shares should be a drop in the bucket.
