Well, I have thought for years that every kitchen should have TWO dishwashers. Actually they are cheaper than kitchen cabinets, and you could just go back and forth without ever shelving the dishes. Let's see, twenty million additional dishwashers, about 4 billion dollars. No. Peanuts. OK, let's all eat pistachios instead of Spanish peanuts. And drink Heinekins instead of Olympia. Surely there are thousands of things we can do to boost our consumption! How about mini-salons that offer a five-minute backscratch for $2.00?
