jhild, see if you can make any sense out of this (note that here when they mention the 9,000 share given to Franco they call them "restricted", does this sound like the 500,000 shares mentioned before might be a free trading part of the float)? The following says that Franco was to obtain all necessary certificates for the company. No mention of Gary Sylver being involved here. It also seems to contradict the statement contained in the same annual report that says that the Brazilian company is owned by Sylver and some other people. Franco is listed in both paragraphs. Does this say that AZNT is paying the salary for ANTCIE employees? >>>>On May 5, 1997, the Company entered into a five year agreement with C.A.Gama Franco ("Franco") wherein Franco was retained by the Company to open an office and/or lab in Manaus, Brazil; obtain all necessary certificates and act as the Company's representative in Manaus, Brazil; hire and supervise all necessary employees; administer operational funds provided by the Company; be responsible the exportation of the Company's products to Las Vegas, Nevada; and, inform the Company of his activities in Brazil. The transactions between the Company and ANTCIE are more favorable to the Company than can be obtained from independent third parties.
