Since I follow AFCI and CIEN, I think CIEN will hit $12 before turning around. TLAB invested in both AFCI and CIEN. AFCI fell from $40+ to $6 on losing customers, CIEN fell from $90 to $16 for similar reasons. AFCI currently trades around p/s of 3.5, Ciena is somewhere around that number.

Now the differences: Ciena is run by a PhD from Caltech and has not lost any CEO, CFO,... Ciena has had at least 2 potential buyers. Ciena doesn't deal with local loop (we all know how that is to deal with RBOCs).
