By no means have the courts been told or decided on the full story. They have only in theory been litigating one aspect of the story. Given that there seems to be multiple cases and maybe more to come, as this WellRich arbitration makes its way into the system, and who knows what else, we are quite a ways from hearing the full story.

The TRO's were the result. Injunction on the 30th.

If the injunction to which you refer is a foregone conclusion, why the TRO? What's the point of delay if the court has, as you contend, made up its mind?
