Doc, Interesting call. I think I would concur. We can call it the "oasis rally". Situations that we're "unknown" before (unreleased Starr report), Russia leadership indecision, etc. are at least qualifiable (but not fixed). Will the market "think" ahead as a ST forward "optimistic" indicator? Possibly, until the next shock from a number of political or economic hotspots, at home or abroad. Keep playing the drillers, while they're cheap, but stay nimble. Options expirations (triple-W) is upon us in a week. The MM plan to take out as many option players as casualties as they can...
