The prayer breckfast thing is also telling. When he 1st came into office neither he, nore Gore nor any of their senior staff of cabinet level or assistant cabinet level showed up (and this was supposed to be an administration that mirrored America?) Now that he needs to appear contrite, he shows up. Old pattern actually. After he lost a Govenor's race as an incumbant, he suddenly showed up at a large baptist church, singing in the choir, coincidentally just where the camera for the TV program was sure to find him. After the PR need eventually went away, so did the need for church. Patterns of behavior are pretty well established. IMSCO Scott
