A transcript from the news last night; a national poll, not local: A new NBC poll shows 09:01:47.59 Americans' feelings are mixed 09:01:48.25 in the wake of the Starr 09:01:50.23 Report's release. 09:01:51.77 The poll puts the President's 09:01:52.37 approval rating at 67%. 09:01:53.09 But 60% say Congress should 09:01:55.61 not drop the issue if the 09:01:58.41 President broke any laws. 09:02:00.39 Still, 58% say despite the 09:02:01.00 President's behavior, he is 09:02:03.03 fit to remain President. 09:02:05.06 And 66% say he should serve 09:02:10.28 out his term.
