Ask the Indian
or
Substantiation

Perhaps Charlie can go to Brazil and meet some Indians as well.
Then , when the Indians are asked, they can tell Charlie whatever is required.
This way Charlie could find some more dietary supplements that help with his diabetes.
You never know, he might find a genetically engineered tree that grows wild as well, then he could cure whatever.

Remember, safety and efficacy are determined by Asking the Indian, the purpose/use of the phytogenic supplement is also determined by Asking the Indian. If more people asked the Indian, we could get all sorts of "new" dietary supplements.

The only approval you need is "Ask the Indian".

You are of course, not allowed to add "Ask the Indian" products to any food or drink, that would be a food supplement, so things like chewing gum sweetened by an "Ask the Indian" product are verboten.
