Kudos, Ellen! You've demonstrated that you're capable of using the "search" function at the SEC site, and I'm extremely impressed.

I'm so glad that you are, thank you. Did you use it though? Did you determine how many shares pursuant to rule 144 could actually be sold - and see that it would not be enough, by a long shot, to cover 4M shares?
