I can accept neither of the two choices presented.

Such choices are known as the "tyranny of the false alternatives."

Neither of these resolves any of the ongoing issues, or solves any of the problems (some of them buried and unacknowledged), IMO. There's gotta be a better way.

I'm out the door until after 8 or 9 PM Pacific Time.
Till then, I'll be mulling a response (NOT rebuttal) to Tony's comments, to which I have many objections.

But there's more than one side to this story.
In fact, there's three, or four, or more ...

Regards,
Cheryl

<<Just a pimple on the butt of LGND.>>

Perhaps PALGND.

LGNDW seems to have bottomed around $1.75 before coming back to the 2's. I'd load up like crazy, but I've sworn off borrowing from the broker until the market gets some color back in it's cheeks. Perhaps the bio sector will wait for me.

Ah, Andrew, Andrew, Andrew...

Cheryl is working so hard...could you please just try as an experiment say some encouraging word to Tonyt and Fugazi...

I am deeply sorry to for any offense to you in the past. There are issues we share and, I'm sure, ones we don't. But, I bet, there are more that we do share.

We have a much greater range of motion with civility than without it, and yes, i've been a wretched jerk too. I apologize to you Andrew for the past.

Just give it a little try, like, Hi Tony, How are you...or something safe like that.

Just a challenge to remove the deadlock of unproductive behavior.
Say, before the next Hambrecht and Quist conference...
