Just a quick reality check here. Okay, I know, I know, not a procedure in which you often engage.

What do you think the "T" in "TRO" stands for?

Bmart, the default issue brings up an interesting point. Some of the companies mentioned are large well known companies. Considering the potential future costs, one could normally think that they would present at least some sort of representation and defense. I find it odd that none showed. Not even one company decided to seek a defense, at all. Strange. It will be interesting to learn why. I wonder if they truly are concerned about the liability. Funny way of showing it if they are.

Default issues do not apply to arbitration?

As for those the court ruled against, they lost on default, they
never showed up Mr. Jhild. Quite a defense. They must now cover "immediately".


AZNT was awarded a TRO. No defense was offered. Easy way to win...
Hopefully we shall see the expected action in the market that supports after two days immediate action per court order.
