Sergio,

The three biotechs that I follow are CEPH, IMNR, CORR.
I think the key with them is having a feeling for their bottoms. That way you can play the intraday swings and buy the options at the low end. At least thats the idea.

Joe I am still just slowly getting a sense and feel of what options are all about,realizing I must get a real grasp of them now--especially now. Mike's comment that I wouldn't have pulled-trigger at break-even
on my NEM if I had simply of had defensive puts on NEM--and I now
am seeing this as an excellent strategy---if done right your losses on
worthless expirations will still leave you with a nice profit.
But my specific question is this,is the volitility factor written into a price of an option--and is the votility measure the beta number? Or is there another number to look for---thanks,Max
