...arbitration results 'must' be agreed to by both sides, or ...they go to court..

WellRich has indicated that it will now seek a "court compel" order, as I posted earlier. Is it that you don't pay attention, or are you really incapable of doing anything but repeating the information bgtit feeds you?

bs-artist:

You are not understanding the law at all, if I may be of assistance, arbitration results 'must' be agreed to by both sides

I think you are quite lax in your understanding of arbitration. Agreements / Contracts between parties (and don't go giving me that - "there was no contract between AZNT and Wellrich crap".... I don't care..that's not the point). Arbitration is usually agreed to before hand as a contract clause, or in the event of a disagreement agreed to as a framework for resolution. In any event, you can't be "tricked" into arbitration.

The only relevant point is, was there an understanding between the parties that they would accept arbitration to settle any differences? Any law that applies would be contract law, unless Nevada is a state that prohibits arbitration.

Anyway, why don't we all go read this?
