Now. You give yourself a REALLY BIG discount. Say you sell that million bucks' worth of stock to yourself at, oh, $0.01 a share. Or less, if you like. Who's gonna stop you? Well Bmart, apparently you are NOT so concerned as to how a US Custom's inspector, father of the CEO, received 1 millon shares of stock at a very low price for $10,000 worth of consulting work in the Import/Export field. Btw, did I mention that those shares are now worth close to $2 million?? Oh, but that's right...
