I have a new energy company to put in my priority watchlist--did not know of it until today until it turned up in a 2nd Opinion scan of companies below 15 that have improving TA to neutral +3,early entry candidate rating.The company is Petroleum Development Inc. ticker PETD and this press release is what really caught my attention--- biz.yahoo.com

The Reversal on Friday is pointing to a rally... If it can get above the mid 8000's we could say that the recent bottom has been confirmed... If it stops in the 8100 to 8300 area it will probably retest the 7400/7500 area... The change in FED stance is the new wild card... We still have the Japanese, Russian, and Latin American problems looming on the horizon... And, of course, the Clinton drama... In the meantime I'll take advantage of a few days of rallying... Jim
