Ms. Shell,
Mr. Mitchell posted hype, you offer more of the same. It is not surprising to see you concur with another hypster.
As far as not "understanding", Didn't you just post that this "trial could drag on years"? Ha! Ms. Shell, I also refer you to the 9/8 AZNT release that clearly states they would disclose the decision of the court "after 9/10", they did just that on the 11th. Now we will watch the court's orders, TRO's, acted out. Then the company will release subsequent instructions, also refered to in the last PR's.
The action that appears "amazing" to me is that you have no interest in FIG's actions in regards to ASTG, but rather choose to hype against AZNT, where you are still, to this late date, unable to articulate as to why you feel it is a poor investment, void of your SOP, hype, innuendo and speculation. In truth, it appears you are trying to use hype to negatively affect the AZNT market. Whereas, like in the case of ASTG, you could really assist small investors, by revealing the shameless promoters that are the Lanza's. From there your diligence should lead you to many persons, companies, and stocks , that you can save the world from.
Hint; Mr. Ed Brody can be found at MDCE, he also had his fingers in other pies, OVIS, ASTG (previous employee of FIG and Mr. Zapara), MGMT. now MAKO....that is the tip of the iceberg Ms. Shell, really. Now, take this info and clean-up the world with it, or...stay here and attack a company, principals and shareholders to which you still have not defined why you are here, except to hurt this investment.
