Satyr, if you are referring to whether or not Clinton ever touched Monica in any of the body areas listed in the Court definition of "sexual relations", remember that the definition said "any persons", which obviously included Clinton and not just Monica.

Not only that, but Clinton clearly denied any sexual affair, sexual relations, etc. in his PJ deposition.

Besides, it's ludicrous for Clinton to try to say that oral sex isn't sex: For all the married people out there: if you received oral or "manual" stimulation of your genitals from someone other than your spouse on multiple occasions, two of those occasions "to completion", could you credibly try to tell your spouse that you were not having a sexual affair? Or if your spouse did that, would you accept that they had not had a "sexual affair"?

That argument is specious.
