Two Points Mr. Zero.

First, there was a great hue and cry when Bush broke his promises. Its one of the reason's he's no longer President.

Two, we expect campaign puffery from politicians. We don't expect perjury and obstruction of justice. Remember the middle class tax cut? JLA

You are forgetting, G Bush had a strong Democratic Congress and
Senate to deal with. He signed the budget they sent him and suffered the consequences. In the same light Clinton signed a budget the Republican Congress and Senate rammed down his throat. Now he's claiming the credit for it's success.

GROUND ZERO, one difference between Bush's "No new taxes" sound bite and Clinton's bald face "I didn't have sexual relations with that woman" lie is that Bush had not raised taxes when he made his statement.

Suspicious by nature? I was responding to what you posted.
