Let's not forget about HDIE!

The following post is from the YAHOO thread. The big one might be closer than we think....

Possible time frame for announcementswordfish2k
Sep 13 1998
12:41PM EDTIf the announcement regarding HBOC is forthcoming, it would make sense from a public relations view to make the most of it. One way to do this would be to announce it in a venue where you have a large representation of your client base available to bolster your reputaion with them. Such an opportunity will be available next week (September 16-18) at the company's user conference in Dallas. Seems to be mainly for the Cloverleaf customer's.

Got the info off of the new and improved website:

Make Sense??

Come now Charliss. I hate the situation we are in right now. I really dislike the kind of permissiveness that put us here. The man should never have been elected in the first place. No saint here. But I finally recognize the value of the rules and that the best rules unenforced are soon scoffed at. Especially when they get in the way of peoples' personal desires.
Someday we will wake up begging for leadership and rules that society can live by, enforced. History tells us that if we don't, they will be forced on us. You are a philosopher so you can surely see that.
I tried to take this to private messages but you opted for the public forum.
My apologies to the thread.

Actually, what astounds me about Gore is how he moved from being in a "tobacco family" (TV interview from the mid-80's) to being one of the leading anti-tobacco crusaders.
