I thought Starr abused his so called Independent Investigation power to the max. I am sure he has cost many innocent people pain and suffering, he's got unlimited governmental resource at his finger tips worse yet, he answers to noboby. The person that caused the pain and suffering was Clinton. He and his staff ruined the reputation of any woman who tryed to tell the truth. i.e. Linda Tripp, Paula Jones and Lewinsky and others. When it comes to unlimited resources I think you are mistaking Starr's power with the office of President. regards, Ray
