Jon I agree with what you are saying completly. When I met you last december I was 100% cash. I had liquidated way before the Oct crash. I
however didnt re-invest 80% until I returned from Florida to NY in Febuary. Well guess what? I sold at dow 7800 or so but failed to get back in until close to 9000. I think I lost more then I saved. It would however depend on the stocks. This time I have taken a 50/50 attitutude, however it is still difficult to determine re-entry. I also fear that Ramsey is acurate in many regards and a collapse of 1970's proportions are possible. As you know then I have some time still. In any regard market timing should be left to those who trade daily!
