I agree that the President was totally wrong and showed a shocking lack of judgement in allowing this situation to occur. The fact that Monica went out of her way to entice him does not justify his acceptance. But should his lying about a embarrassing sexual affair be grounds for impeachment?. As for obstruction of justice I don't think you could prove that but I'm sure they will try. He will probably wind up being censured (justifiably so) and his legacy will be forever tarnished. I think that's punishment enough.
