While we can only speculate on that, I think from a human point of view, that's most probably the case. I also fault Hillary for this debacle, because after the first sexual incident, according to Monica's testimony, she said that Bill said something about "It's been a long time".. yes here it is: "He finished his call, and, a moment later, told Ms. Lewinsky to stop. In her recollection: "I told him that I wanted . . . to complete that. And he said . . . that he needed to wait until he trusted me more.
