Sergio and all: A trading opp: WDC

Western Digital has been beaten up badly over the last few months
due to questions about accounting and shareholder information.

This was a high flyer within the last year in the 70 to 80 dollar
range, now at 10ish.. The court dismissed, and barred the reopening
of shareholder lawsuits filed by a class of shareholders as without
merit. This should be great news for WDC and IMO there will soon be
many "buy" recommendations from the larger houses that used to follow
WDC.

If my gut is correct we should start to see several of these "dismissed" type of announcements in the near future. Seems that as soon as the rocket started to fizzle, one lawsuit after another started to hit the wires. Folks just do not understand that stocks do come down, and it is not always the demon company that did it to them.
You should hear some of the sceniros running around my office as to why "my mutual funds are down 30%" and it is all Rowe T Price's fault"
?????????

Anyway WDC should be a trader on Monday.
