To whoever asked about banks (kind of lost my way with all this Starr nonsense) ... I think the banks will be making a comeback next week. I bought CMB and BT .... have had Travellers for a while, may average down on Monday. By the way, Bankers Trust is paying a hefty dividend and I think most of the overseas exposure is already priced into the stock which is down a good 50% from it's high.
