There has always been a hard-core cadre of Clinton haters who seem obsessed with the man.

You have an active imagination. Anyone who tells the truth about the Clintons is called a "Clinton hater" by people who have no understanding of the issues involved. Calling yourself a "moderate" is no excuse for being so sadly uninformed.

I am pleased to have an active imagination; but I don't think I'm exercising it here. The truth is complicated; reasonable people will see it in different ways. Some willingness to acknowledge this, and to engage in a shared pursuit of truth, even when opinions and philosophies differ, is essential to a functioning democracy. I find your partitioning of the world into two sets, those who agree with you and those who are uninformed, a bit unsettling. In a way, you've underscored my point.
