Clinton has no accomplishments in the past several years. So, the 65% approve of Clinton doing nothing. The other 35% want someone else. I could live with that.

Each of his accomplishments before that were actually sponsored by the Republicans in the case of Welfare Reform, Balanced Budget, NAFTA, GAT, etc. or were accomplished by an emissary, such as Mitchell in Ireland, or by the military, such as in Iraq and Yugoslavia.

Do you think CNN polled 117,791 people?

Is it time for Clinton to go?

From what you've read in Kenneth Starr's report, is it time
for President Clinton to leave office?

>>>The Pres was elected and is supported by the majority
of American<<< WRONG...Clinton never got a majority of Americans to vote for him...less than 50% of the voting Americans both times, as I recall.

dc, give it a rest. everyone knows that "doing a good job as President" is simply a gauge on the economy-rightly or wrongly, the public places responsibility for the economy squarely on the President's lap.

As for your CNN poll--who cares. The MSNBC poll, which probably has *far* more respondents, shows 81% think he should be impeached.

As for your "backlash against adulterers". ??? the incidents you cite have nothing to do with PERJURY, which is the most common form of obstruction of justice.

Just because Bill Clinton had no regard for the authority of a U.S. District Court Judge, doesn't mean that you are obliged to make excuses for that -- but nonetheless, at least we all now know where you stand on that issue of respecting the decisions of a duly authorized federal judge. I guess you also would have no problem with telling the judge to kiss your a$$.
