I agree with you, Barbara. Worse than being a liar, though, is being a COWARDLY LIAR. I was not surprised to hear him even co-opting God as being on his side. "I believe in a God that gives second chances". Breakfast prayer meetings - yeah, right. Mr Clinton surely treats his public with no more respect than he does his big-breasted interns. He believes we are all gullible.
He surely is The "Head" of State. Pun intended.
